Custom Orders

• All custom orders are final once approved and paid.

• You are responsible for verifying design details (spelling, size, layout, etc.) before approval.

• We are not responsible for mistakes that were approved by the customer.

Production & Turnaround

• Turnaround times vary depending on workload and project complexity.

• Any timelines provided are estimates, not guarantees.

• Delays may occur during peak periods.

Product Variations

• Materials like wood and handmade items naturally vary.

• Grain, color, and finish may differ slightly from photos or samples.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately.

• We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by carriers.

• Large or oversized items may have higher shipping costs.

Refund & Return Policy

Custom Orders

• No refunds on custom-made products.

• If there is an issue caused by us, we will repair or replace the item.
  

Non-Custom Items

• Items must be unused and in original condition.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

• We will fix, replace, or refund if the issue is on our end.
