What to know before you order
An award built around your event
Start with the event and the people receiving the awards. A bodybuilding competition, a local sports team, a volunteer celebration and a business milestone each call for different wording and shapes. Wood and acrylic can be cut or engraved using the shop’s existing processes; the proposed construction and personalization are reviewed for your design. For the appearance of metal, we can also discuss realistic metal-look materials for your trophy.
For several recipients or award categories, include the quantity and a name list with the matching placement, category or message. The quote can then account for shared artwork and the details that change from one award to the next.
Bodybuilding trophies and sculpted figures
Have a sculpted topper in mind, such as a flexing bodybuilder? Send a sketch, reference image or existing model with your preferred size and pose. We will review feasibility, the production method and the finish before confirming that the piece can be made.
For a detailed figure, include the pose, base and intended appearance. We will help choose an appropriate design and production method for the project.
UV printing for trophies and custom projects
We offer full-colour UV printing for trophies and a range of custom projects. Add names, logos and artwork to your design, on their own or alongside engraving and other fabrication methods.
Roll-fed printing and lamination give us more options for printed pieces. We do not produce oversized banners, but contact us with your idea to see what we can do.
From an idea to a trophy quote
Send the event date, quantity, approximate dimensions, budget and any reference artwork. Include the exact names, categories, dates and logo you want on the awards. A sketch or reference photo is enough to start a discussion; a finished design file is not required to ask for a quote.
The quote confirms feasibility, materials, personalization, price and schedule. You approve the design proof before production. Pickup at our Dieppe workshop is by appointment; if you need shipping, include the destination so delivery can be considered with your event date.
What to send
Accepted formats: .png, .jpg, .webp, .pdf, .dxf, .stl, .step, .stp
- Attach a logo, sketch or reference image as a PNG, JPG, WebP or PDF. Include a DXF if you already have a cutting layout.
- For a sculpted figure inquiry, you may attach an existing STL or STEP model for review. Sending a model does not confirm that it can be produced.
- Include the exact wording, recipient list, quantity, approximate size, event date and pickup or shipping needs.
- The quote form accepts up to five files, 10 MB each and 25 MB in total.
Design guidance
