Local pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment in Dieppe, New Brunswick, at no extra charge. We'll confirm a pickup time once your order is ready.

Shipping & carriers

We ship most made-to-order and ready-made pieces across Canada, and we ship worldwide, via standard carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, or a comparable service, chosen based on the size and fragility of your order. Shipping cost and estimated transit time are shown at checkout or in your quote before you pay. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by the destination country — these are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping cost.

Production & shipping timelines

Production time varies by project — small engraved or printed pieces move quickly, while furniture and large signage take longer. We'll give you a clear timeline with your quote or order confirmation. Shipping transit time is separate from production time and is set by the carrier, not by us.

Damage, delay & loss in transit

We package every order carefully for its material and size. That said, once a package leaves our shop, transit delays, carrier damage, and lost packages are outside our direct control. We work with you to file carrier claims and, where possible, repair, remake, or replace affected items — but we cannot guarantee carrier transit times or be held responsible for events caused by the shipping carrier itself (weather delays, mishandling, lost shipments, customs holds on international orders, etc.).

Reporting a problem

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging, plus your order details. This lets us file a carrier claim quickly and get you a repair, remake, or refund per our refunds policy. Claims reported after that window may be harder for us to resolve with the carrier, but reach out anyway — we'll always try to make it right.
