What to know before you order
What businesses order
Business signage and branding pieces, branded gifts, bulk runs of parts and products, and rapid prototypes for commercial clients. Shops, events and businesses come to us when they need many of the same thing done consistently.
Some small-business pieces are also sold as ready-made digital cut files, such as a review-request QR code and NFC tag template and a dock for a Square card reader.
How a run works
Every run starts with a proof, mockup or written confirmation that you approve. In a batch, each piece is checked for consistent engraving before it ships — our seasonal runs are built to a fixed shipping deadline with no room for a redo.
Tell us early whether your date is fixed or flexible, and whether this is a one-time order or a repeat run. Full payment is required before production on custom orders; for larger projects, the written quote sets out the payment terms up front.
What to send
Accepted formats: .pdf, .png, .jpg, .webp, .dxf
- The quantity, and the size of each piece.
- Your logo or artwork if you have it — or tell us you need help with the design.
- Your deadline, and whether it is fixed or flexible.
When this may not be the right fit
- We do not make metal signs, vinyl lettering or screen printing.
- Very large quantities of identical small plastic parts are an injection-moulding job, not a printing one; we will tell you when a run crosses that line.
Common questions
Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes. We run batches and wholesale for shops, events and businesses that need many of the same thing done consistently.
Can you work from our logo?
Yes. Attach it to the quote form as a PNG, JPG, WebP, PDF or DXF file. If you do not have artwork yet, say so and we can help with the design.
Can you meet a fixed date?
Tell us the date up front and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable. The timelines we give are estimates, and busy periods can add time.
How does payment work for a business order?
Full payment is due before production on custom orders, by e-transfer, debit or credit, or cash for local pickup. For larger projects, the written quote sets out the payment terms.
Do you handle repeat orders?
Yes. When you ask for a quote, say whether it is a one-time order or a recurring run.
