About The Boss Factory
A small team built around unusual ideas.
Founded in 2020 by Francis Bossé and Tasha Roy, The Boss Factory began as a custom woodshop in Dieppe, New Brunswick. It has grown into a multidisciplinary fabrication business serving Greater Moncton and beyond.
Frank leads the creative and technical work; Tasha coordinates operations. Together, they take on projects that can move between custom signs, CNC and laser work, 3D-printed parts, electronics and practical software.
The common thread is simple: make something useful, make it carefully, and keep the process easy to understand.
