About The Boss Factory
A small team built around unusual ideas.
Founded in 2020 by Francis Bossé and Tasha Roy, The Boss Factory began as a custom woodshop in Dieppe, New Brunswick. It has grown into a multidisciplinary fabrication business serving Greater Moncton and beyond.
Frank leads the creative and technical work; Tasha coordinates operations. Together, they take on projects that can move between custom signs, CNC and laser work, 3D-printed parts, electronics and practical software.
The common thread is simple: make something useful, make it carefully, and keep the process easy to understand.

Our background
Design, technology and fabrication.
The Boss Factory combines a foundation in computer science and software development with practical experience in design and fabrication. Founder Francis Bossé is a college graduate with additional training through online courses.
Our work spans software, design, fabrication and electronics—from websites and applications to CNC and laser projects, 3D-printed components and connected devices. Projects such as AxisForge bring these disciplines together, combining a custom enclosure, circuit board and firmware with a companion application.
This range of experience helps us approach a project as a whole: its design, its technical function and the way it will be made.
