Where are you located and do you ship?
We work out of Dieppe, New Brunswick, serving Greater Moncton and Atlantic Canada. Local pickup is available, and we ship most made-to-order and ready-made pieces across Canada.
How do I get a custom quote?
Use the Request a Quote page — tell us what you want built, rough dimensions, materials, and your timeline. For 3D-printed parts you can also upload a model to our instant quote tool. We reply within 24–48 hours.
What materials and processes do you work with?
Wood, acrylic, composites, resin, slate, and leather (plus laser-engraving on coated metals) — using woodworking, laser cutting and engraving, CNC routing and carving, 3D printing, and custom electronics, often combined in a single build.
Can you make just one, or do I need a bulk order?
Both. Many jobs are one-off custom or heirloom pieces. We also run batches and wholesale for shops, events, and businesses when you need many of the same thing done consistently.
Can I buy your work online?
Yes. Ready-made and made-to-order pieces are available in our store and on Etsy, and select designs are sold as instant-download digital cut files.
How long does a custom project take?
It depends on scope and materials, but we give a clear timeline with every quote. Small engraving and print jobs can turn around quickly; furniture and large signage take longer.
Do you personalize pieces?
Almost everything can be personalized — names, dates, logos, coordinates, and custom text or artwork. Personalization options are listed on each product, or just ask.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because everything is handmade, made-to-order custom work, all sales are final — we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed, and personalized pieces especially can’t be returned. Please confirm all details (spelling, dimensions, materials) before ordering, and reach out with any questions first. The one exception is a damaged, defective, or not-as-described item — see below.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
That’s our one exception to all-sales-final. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging, plus your order details. We stand behind our work and will make it right — repair, remake, or refund at our discretion.
