The project
Why we built it
A gift set that has to work as both woodworking and laser engraving in the same build: a joined wooden box sized and lined to hold glasses and stones securely in transit, paired with matching laser-engraved glassware. Getting the internal fit right — no rattle, no cracked glass on arrival — took as much iteration as the engraving itself.
